We saw what I thought were golden eagles in the Dumas area, may have been these ferruginous hawks, do they look about like a golden. They sure liked the blown up pdogs better, just set around watched until we shot one close to them, wouldn't even go after one that was a ways off. By the way great writing and very informative. How did the trip to Odessa go.

Everything is looking good with my Wife's fractures. They are healing well and she starts physical therapy next week.

Yes, Bozowise, these are the hawks I usually see but the eagle I mentioned was huge it picked up the dog and flew off with it

Around her eour rattlers are not large enough to eat hte bigger P-Dogs..... which si too bad, of course in my home area (BC) they protected P-Dogs and Rattlers, so no hunting
I do not ahv e a.22 rifle at this moment, I have been using an M1 Garand for them, none ever make it back down their holes ;D

Never such thing as too much gun on P-dogs. They are a vicious animal to hunt and I prefer to leave "mist"
