Just wanted to let you know we threw that sausage on the grill and had it for lunch Saturday. Man oh man that is some good eaten. Thanks again for the sample. We found out that last weekend a red stag was killed about 10 miles west of our place, by a 18 or 19 yr old kid. Field dressed 470 lbs. Evidently someone in the area use to have a few and this one just happened to be a left over roaming the area. Lucky for him I suppose. Again thanks for the taste test, we all enjoyed it.
