Woops that one don't fit in the "if it's brown its down" category!! Maybe the SSS theory? O well they've been draining valueable stored water from Big Mac Res in Neb to save plover's and cranes on the platte river, and you guys get to shoot the S..t out of the later when the make it down there!!! lucky/@h*)+S alll we can do is watch!!!!   |

when i was farming in southern cotton county our land laid right next to the red river. those cranes would roosted on the sand bars and at the crack of dawn they would head to the wheat fields. a flock of the darn things could wipe out an acre of wheat in not time.
i did not ever find a recipe for the critters so we did not hunt them much( at least not the way u was suppose to) the one good thing i liked about them was the sound they made. the were usually the first to migrate
(except for the teal) thorugh. the sound signalled that
hunting season was upon us.

Hey, Olevern maybe when the last of you leave I bet them southern ranchers would like it if you voted in the remainders as "predator friendly" and send em a big cage COD. Call it "Restocking the Jungle" ;D ;D. Just kidding Olevern , hey what ya been calling in back there in NJ? I had a friend live there a couple years ago and said he saw bears in the foothills some where. Lets us know if the Posse needs to show up and take care of them P**sys, heh, heh oh I meant them there feral cats!!!!!!! ;D ;D
