Byron, that looks like one big fat badger, 25 or 30 lbs? I was with a friend of mine up in Northern Nevada when he got one about that size, they can get big. Great looking badger Byron, Good Hunting

Thanks Danny. We didn't weigh him, but we guessed he'd weigh over 30 pounds. The guy that I was hunting with shoots lots of badgers every year, and he said thats the biggest he had ever seen. I'm having it made into a rug.

I've been looking for one to take for years, have seen them in Colorado when I was elk hunting, but in all the years of hunting all over different parts of texas i"ve never seen one. But still have a few years left to find one and still gonna keep trying.

Bennie, you're from Texas, find an area that has badgers and hunt them at night. I've seen a few during the day but lots at night. I was just on a hunt down in Arizona with a bunch of guys from another forum, one of the guys called one in (daytime) and got it, Good Hunting

Byron that one makes mine look like a baby. Mine weighed about 15 lbs. Sure is nice to see one and then have it mounted.
