HEY YOTBUSTER.....
THANKS FOR THE RESPONSE....BUT I AM THINKING HOW IN THE WORLD DOES YOTBUSTER KNOW MY EMAIL?
I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH A HUNTIN' BUD OF MINE. HE HAD ASK ME A DAY OR SO BACK TO SEE IF I COULD GET SOME INFO. ON A HERBS HOWLER. SO I SAID I WOULD ASK AROUND HERE ON THE POSSSE PAGES SURE NUFF, I GOT A NIBBLE. IT WAS U. I AM THINKIN' U MUST THINK THAT I AM KELLY JACKSON. NOT SO. AFTER TALKING WITH KELLY I AM BEGINNING TO FIND OUT WHO U ARE. I AM THE AGRICULTURAL TEACHER AT COMANCHE HIGH. THE NAME IS LARRY REED. HE TELLS ME U SOUND MORE LIKE A SONG DOG THAN A SONG DOG DOES. I WENT A COUPLE OF TIMES WITH KEL LAST WEEK. IN FOUR STANDS HE CALLED IN 7 YOTES. HE HAS MADE A BELIEVER OUT OF ME. I TRIED TO MAKE ME ONE USING A CRITR CALL STANDARD AND A OLD OIL FUNNEL GOT IT CUT DOWN TO THE RIGHT SIZE BUT SHE HAS A SORT OF "PLASTIC" SOUND TO IT IF U KNOW WHAT I MEAN, NOT THE RIGHT TONE OR RESONANCE OR SUMTHIN. WELL ENUFF OF THIS RAMBLING. IF U EVER THIS WAY ..............................
HAVE A GOOD ONE

Hey AY, I am a new member. I would appreciate the e-mail address for Herb's Howlers. I'm also interested in his history. I posted a message today on "weems call" and noted my old Herb's Howler and his early viedo cassette. Elvin Heres one that Herb and Chris sent me. They both are super guys and Herb sent me a little email history of the howlers, matter fact Chris sent me another that I fancy a little more then this one. I'll post a pic of it if I can find one. If you need their email addy feel free to email me. PS. I still don't have an older original Herb's. ;D

okcoyote,
I also have a Red Desert howler. They are also easy to make sing and work very well. Like Rich, Dan has been known to give you a tutorial over the phone if you talk with him personally.
Good Hunting,
Bob
