Hello all I just loged on to this bord and started reading .I make preditor calls . I have 2 electronic calls that seldom go to the fild with me. Slydog came to AZ to hunt with me for a week and introduced me to the foxpro caller. The first evning he was hear I called in a fox with one of my calls. Then we took a break from deer hunting. sly showed me the little wonder I thougt in the back of my mind well I can put up with a e caller for a stand or 2. Well to make a long story short 7 stands and 9 dogs later I tried to talk ol slydog out of this prize posecion. of corse he wouldent budge. I have 2 e callers for sale so I can upgrade to the best I have ever used or been around Good hunting Kevin

sorry for asking a dumb question but I am under the assumption you guys pretty much across the board are FOX PRO fans. I am interested in one (w/ remote) but I have emailed the customer service 3 times and called 2 times no response. What I am wondering is when you replace the prerecorded sounds (with the pg-1 adapter or whatever) can you save that sound and reapply it later. I amlooking for a multipurpouse call Geese, fox, crow. I would not be very cost effective for me to send it back all the time to be reprogrammed for each species. any info would be great.

First......everyone does not use the Foxpro. Many of us use the Loudmouth and other callers. The Foxpro is a great caller however. All you have to do is store the sounds you are deleting from the caller on your computer so you can load them back on the unit later.
Good Hunting,
Bob

cds12 actually I'm a Loudmouth user. you might want to try gamecalls.com. they have alot of them in stock. try talking to the owner. it is alot of fun putting your own sound on the caller's. be patient it will be fun. Take Care. Rick

Bobcat... I was not saying everyone here uses or is a Fox pro exclusive advocate. I'm sorry if I left that impression. I have had several people tell me no you cant save them once you replace them they are gone. I am really interested in this call and wanted someone who actually done it to tell me if it was possible. I was just trying to confirm that I can indeed remove the original sounds and replace them others and then have the possibility of restoring the originals without having to send it back. That would not be very cost effective for me in the long run. Sorry If I left a negitive impression by wording my post the wrong way

Hey cds12,
There was no problem on my end at all. I was just pointing out that not everyone uses a Foxpro here. It is my understanding that you can easily load your sounds off of your Foxpro and store them on your computer to reload on your Foxpro later. I think Dave (DAA) does this regularly........
I will verify this for you.
Bob

cds12,
I just got off of the phone with Mike Dillon at Foxpro. As I said in my first response to you, you can store your sounds on your computer and reload them onto your Foxpro. Mike said to just call him and he will walk you through it. Here is his phone #: 866-463-6977.
I hope this helps.........
Good Hunting,
Bob

Hey cds12, No problem all! The Foxpro is an excellent caller. I don't know anyone that has one that does not like it. The good callers are very close to one another. We are here to help each other. Good Hunting, Bob ps-Be sure to call Mike.
