I had to go to Matador Tx to help Mom buy a new car, got that job done. I thought well I'm here might as well go to the old farm and find something to shoot.
Well here is the quickie hunted for 4 hr and took one cull buck so I can horn hunt the rest of the year. Took one Turkey, one big tom Bobcat, one yotie and two coons not bad for a quickie
See Quickies are good too

Hey Dead Eye, I love hunting around Matador. It is great for whitetails, mulies, predators, and hogs!! I did some hunting on the 2CK Ranch just outside Matador with Larry Wilson before he shut his hunting operation down. Do you stop in at the Moore Maker Knives factory when you visit? I carry a Three Backspring Whittler #5303 in my fanny pack all the time. Congrats on your "Quickie"!!!! Bob FYI-Here is the link to Moore Maker to those of you who are interested: www.mooremaker.com/

Wow, Must have some critters running around that back 40. Sounds like enough of a bag for a long weekend, let alone a 4 hour "quickie".

Hey Guys (FYI)
I'm going back for one more quickie on the 29th I found 3 leases that I did not have time to look at in the Matador area that I want to lock up. One of the leases they took two B&C mulies off last year I know the area very well and there are some real big deer in that area, not counting all the varmits
