I"ve had several different exotic game meats and all of them are good, but which do you think is the best? I would gladly have any of them again ;D

i love elk meat but i have eaten alot of nilgai it has 0 fat and is real red

I've heard nilgai was good and we tried to score on one last summer. We saw a cow at about 200 yards but she wouldn't step outta the brush to give Karen a shot...maybe someday..

kellyg nalgai are easy to hunt there is no season on them and no reg's i lived on them for awhile when i was unemployed just get one of the ranch hands to drive you in his/her ranch pick up and shoot one when you see the one you want no need to bellie crawl in all those thorns i know alot of folks down ther if ya'll want some contacts

I had some Nilgai a couple of years ago - it was pretty durn good! Kinda like beef, but a little tougher , or should I say Chewy.
