Venison/Beef Stroganoff
· Brown 1 ½ lbs. of stew meat, add 1 can beef broth, salt, garlic pepper, and 1bay leaf-simmer for 2 hours · Drain all but ½ cup of liquid, remove bay leaf · Add 2 tbs. Worcestershire sauce, ¼ cup Ketchup, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 cup sour cream, 1 can mushrooms · Mix with 8 oz. cooked wide noodles and serve
