This is a recipe that is good as an appitizer or if your like me pile em on a plate and chow down.
Two Venison steaks cut into 1/2 inch strips sliced onion Quartered jalapeno peppers Soy Sauce Bacon slices
Cut the venison and marrinate it in enough soy sauce to cover for four hours.
cut the bacon slices in half
slice the onion into about 1/2 wide slices
quarter the jalapenos
lay the venison on the bacon slices place a slice of pepper and onion with it and role bacon around it, secure with a tooth pick.
place on grill til you think it is done enough for you.
eat and enjoy.

:)Hey Bennie... that sounds like a recipe I have for duck... except you throw the duck away and eat the jalapeno, onion, and bacon (sometimes the toothpick, too)! ;D

CD, Hico is about only 180 miles north of us. It is on 281 west of Hillsboro. Just pick me up on your way...... Bob
