Since we are headed into big game season, how about sharing some of your favorite marinades.....of course the ol' stand by is Italian dressing.
Here is one to start off with:
This recipe makes enough marinade for 5 steaks.
To make it, combine:
1 1/2 cups oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
4 tablespoons green onions, tops and all
2 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons vinegar
3 teaspoons dried ginger
Marinade the venison for 8 hours, then grill to medium-rare.
