;Hey ICMCUMIN, COONDAWG, and I guess KELLYG.... I really think that Bobcat should be a good host and extend a special invitation exclusively to the HUNTERS on this board! Since today is the last flight of the Concorde, and it's a one way trip to London and at $6000 a seat, we know Bobcat is gonna be in town for a while! Whadya say Bobcat?!?!?

;DO.K. Bobcat... yeah I'll spring for the steak dinner. Couple of places come to mind... Zentner's Steak House in San Angelo or the Beefmaster in Ballinger, maybe even the Cracker Barrell in Robert Lee (of course that would have to be a cheeseburger). Naturally, what we would need in return would be a good FREE RANGE animal hunt (other than jack-rabbits). Rams, hogs, javelina, black bucks... you da host... you pick 'em!

Just don't invite him up to Waco for Hietmiller's Steakhouse. Yuk pan fried steak at a steakhouse in Texas. I think that there ought to be a law against this in Texas.

>:(Yep you're right on it Sabre2th... I don't even think of steaks when it comes to Heitmiller's. Texas RoadHouse or OutBack are the only decent steak houses here in Six Shooter Junction (Waco). But I would put Bob on a "full order" Chicken Freid Steak at ANDY'S in Gatesville! Oh lordy, talk about your full tummy!

I'd let anybody buy me a steak at Zentner's!! I haven't been there in about 20 years, do they still have the jaggerschnitzel or however you spell it?? This is a GREAT idea JD! We can't go the weekend of Nov. 15th, I'm taking some friends on a meat hunt near Mason but just about any other weekend would work, except Thanksgiving and Xmas of course. ;D Shouldn't we get Aggie in on this one as well since he, ICMCumin and I missed the free goat hunt??

8-)Kellyg.... since we are the first "HUNTERS", we are "exclusive", one-of-kind (in more ways than one)! So, maybe we can use Aggie to fetch for us! As far as a time... that's gonna be Bob's call. I would say sometime in January would work...maybe yes! I ate at Zentner's Daughter (the other Zentner's) back in June, and they have the Jaggerschnitzel, and ya better be ready to eat if ya order it.

I know what ya mean, I lived in SA back in the late 70's and Zentners was a regular stop! I just checked my schedule and January looks good to me! ;D I'll wait for Aggie to get back from elk huntin' before I take a swipe at him for not being a HUNTER
