Well I got back a couple of days ago, Just in time for trick or treating with the kids. I had a great time' but didn't take any deer, bear or lion. My knee started swelling and getting stiff on the flight up there and continualy got worse. I was unable to hunt likeI am used too. I ate the legal limit of pain killers everyday, and still couldn't hump the mountains I tried a couple of day's but it just got worse. The trip was still a success in that I got to met some of the nicest people, and got to see some beautiful country. Here is a picture of a huge badger that I shot. Everybody that saw it said that it was the biggest badger they ever saw. I'm having it made into a rug. Idaho sunset I have been on lots of hunts where I've killed trophy animals, or more coyotes, but I've never been on a hunt where I had more fun. The guy's I hunted with were some of the best. Thanks Good Hunting Byron

Thanks, Ya'll ( that sounds so much better thanks "you guy's ).
I wish we could have weighed it, but we all estimated it weighed well over 35 pounds.
I left him with a taxidermist in Idaho that does work for the guy I hunted with. He has lots of his work, and he should do a great job. Can't weight to get it back.
I have not missed an oppening day of deer season in my life. This dang knee has me is such a fix I spent oppening day on my front porch with a coffee pot shooting sticks and rifle. Didn't see a thing? I have an oppointment Tuesday with a specialist. Hope we can get it worked out.
Thanks again and Good Hunting
Byron
