Hey folks,
After a note with Bobcat, I decided to put this on, and see if some of you would share your favorite reads.
I just finished reading "Baron in Africa" by Brian Marsh, and found it very interesting. It's about the "life and times" of Werner von Alvensleben. He was responsible for starting Safarilandia in Mozambique. The famous hunter Wally Johnson worked for him, and many of his clients were also quite famous.(Robert Ruark and Fred Bear)
If you enjoy reading please share those you find enteresting.
Cheers, MaBell

Bob,
If you enjoyed "The Old Man and the Boy" by Ruark, try to find a copy of "The Old Man's Boy Grows Older" But my favorite Ruark is "Horn of the Hunter"
I'm currently re-reading "The Adventures of an Elephant Hunter" by James Sutherland It's alittle drier that Ruark, but still good. Gives you a little idea what the old hunters went through.
Good Reading, MaBell
