Hey Y'all, Well, most of us have made it back home. We had a great weekend. We had 4 Posse Members from New Mexico, 1 from California, and 5 from the Lone Star State. Our 10 hunters put 6 hogs on the ground and two coyotes. There were also several hogs that were shot at and missed. I will post more later along with some more photos. Here is our group photo...what a group! ;D Bob This is our Posse.....from left to right: Sabre2th, Rapier, elalto, CoonDawg, Sarge, Bobcat, GMB, BozoWise, Dead Eye, RLW.

This is prisoner # 224635. Writing a report on the attempted hog assasination by the TxPP. Now guys please do not, and I repeat DO NOT give CD a hard time about leaving his weapon at home and having his wife call him and ask him what he was going to shoot with. He did however manage to return and get it so things weren't so bad. If you ever need some great BBQ make sure and invite CD though, and ask him to make up some of his mildly spicy BBQ sauce. I definitly enjoyed the company and look forward to hunting with these guys again, maybe next time I can show you what I can do when I see something to shoot at, other than that coyote that I missed. It was a shame that Whitetail or Slow Elk weren't on the list this weekend, or we might have been 100% on the hunt. Allen's head wasn't mistake for any kind of hog by most of us but he hunted next to BW, so I don't know how close that he actually came to losing it.

Hey Y'all, I got Marcos (elalto) on the plane back to San Diego. He really enjoyed meeting and hunting with our little wild bunch. This was a hard hunting group! We hunted at sunup, late afternoon to sunset, and into the wee hours of the morning under a full moon. In between hunting, we ate like kings. This bunch can flat out cook! I got up before the rest of the group Saturday and slipped out to get in a calling stand. I called in and took a nice coyote. I just had to get that first one down with my new Savage 22-250. I also took my hog with the 22-250. I just put a 55 gr. Sierra Soft Point right behind his ear and he dropped in his tracks. I will let the rest of the gang fill you in on the rest of the hunt and post their photos. We did have a few small glitches with a couple of feeders not going off and a couple of the lights that stopped working on the feeders. Everyone was very good about moving diffferent hunters around to different blinds to give everyone a good chance at a hog. Several hogs were also shot at and missed . I am already looking forward to our next Member's Hunt. Bob This is the hog I took: This is the coyote I called in with my Loudmouth: This is the large boar that Sarge took. Sarge is on the right and elalto is on the left: This is the coyote Rapier jumped and took:

Ol' Sarge and Elalto had to smear Vics vapor rub into their nostrils to stand that close to that animal. ;D
