I was doing a little research for a friend of mine on Kazakhstan and found this website. Fox and wolf hunting with big mean birds! 
looks like there is some pretty good big horned sheep hunting there too.......

Flights over there are kind of pricey, but the daily rates for these hunts are downright cheap!
