Ok here’s how it went
I put the kids out in stand one morning and I thought I corn some roads for the way in after I pick them up maybe one of them would get to make a long shot or stalk up on one.
Now in the presses of doing all this I came up with a thought? Now maybe I take a bag of my special corn mix an go to the old deer feeder the one of the boys had a big sow come in with a hole litter of 4 to6 pound baby hog ‘s (the boys elected not to shoot sows with a litter be for the hunt) now at this point we already
nabbed a live armadillo and got photos and let him go now my new plain was to cut a small hole at the bottom of this old feeder in closer to let the little one in and keep mom out! So I pout the whole hundred pound bag of big George Ackley's special bait in it and a little out side for mom.
Ok that is what I did.
Now I told the kids that ho ever bring me a baby pig back alive will get to ride shotgun with me on the way home.
Ok I keep checking it and checking it no pig’s
Then one morning I herd the boys that got coyote riding the 11 year old about him not getting one. so after I gave that (be a good hunter talk with them ) I was shore to drop rich the 11 year old off last and we did a little drive buy on the trap and there was not one mom and baby's there.
There were 2 moms and 14 baby.
So I drove up like a mad man and off went the moms and 5 baby that were not in my trap and the 9 that were left just could not remember how they got in there.
So we got out of the truck and I told rich, HEY RICH YOU MINED GETTING ME ONE OF THEM??
He was in there chasing them before I could get my video camra out and you would have thought he was a
Coyote them piggy were screaming there was big George secret bait flying every were.
Well he got one and we got a fast photo and let them out. And they ran off in the direction that the moms did
And all he keep saying was are you shore you got the photo?
And it gets better rich shot a nice coyote the next day.
EVERY TIME RICH LOOK AT ME FROM THE SHOTGUN SEAT HE HAD A BIG SMILE ON HIS FACE.
Could he tell the stories by the time we got home there was 30 babies and one mom never left!
