Hey ya'll, I just got back last night from my hunt with Rich Higgins, and Jay Nistetter. Jim McGill from Oklahoma came down as well. A friend of Jay's, Gary Thifault, got us access to some good ranches in Southern Arizona (desert). Had a great time, and meet some fantastic people. Oh Yeah! we called some coyotes too. I got some pretty good footage of a few coyotes that will be on my next video. Jay shot one with his 450 Marlin guide gun. Those guy's were a hoot to hunt with. Rich, Jim, Jay, Me, and Gary My first Arizona coyote. Jim got it all on video. Thanks Jim. Thanks. I've got some more pictures I'll post later. Byron

Hey Byron,
I look forward to hearing how you survived hunting with the "Wild Bunch"! When you get caught up, give us the details. I am also curious if y'all got to use the Foxpro, Loudmouth, and Prey Master callers and what reactions you guys had to using them in the field. I am guessing there was a Brass Rhino or two hanging around a few necks also! ;D
Welcome back.....

Bob,
Them guy's are a lot of fun to hunt with, but you already knew that. I had a ball. Your right about those brass rhino's. I got my very own hand delivered by Jay himself. Jay shot a coyote with his 450 Marlin fur gun,and I got it all on film. It was called with the Fox Pro call though. We called in several coyotes and I think we killed only six. I was trying to get some good footage for my next video and the coyotes weren't posing to well. I think most every body got a kill on tape though.I don't have a lot of time as usual, I'm leaving in the morning for Waco for a few day's. I'll be back Sunday night, and will have more time to spend on the computer for a couple of weeks. I'll post most picture and stories about the hunt then.
Till then Good Hunting

Here are some more pics from my Arizona hunt. This is a couple of pictures of the coyote Jay shot with his 450 Marlin fur gun. . This is a picture of one I shot the morning I left for home. I wish I was better at telling stories, and typing. Making this post took me about thirty minutes. I could probably do it faster but I've got the help of my twins (4) and my eight year old daughter, plus trying to answer the phone. Good Hunting Byron

You're doing great Byron!
Good pictures. Looks like some interesting terrain. Keep taking pictures especially movies. Hurry up with the next video. By the way, after watching your first video Patsy and I are pretty sure you've been sneaking onto our lease during the week when we're not there(haha). The west Texas scenes look almost identical to our place.
