I have taken several coyotes at this location, the one I killed yesterday was taken here. The dogs usually come from the left side of the photo near the big brushpile.....you can't see it in the photo, but there is an old road heading off to the left at the bottom of the draw......it is a coyote funnel! I hunt deer in this draw too, killed a doe at the top of the far hill with my muzzleloader last season.....my longest muzzleloader kill to date.....a lasered 200 yards! If you follow the fence line up the hill, you can see a second set of white posts near the top, the doe crossed the fence on the far side of the white posts. The coyote I killed today came in behind the big brushpile, hopped up on a log for a better look and took a 40 grain V-Max center chest! Anybody else have a photo of one of their favorite stands?

I didn't need a picture I recall it vividly from your description. In your story I was hunting with you I'm suprised that you didn't see me.

I don't have a favorite stand... I have sat on about 175 stands in the last two years, only about 5 of them I have used twice. The other 165 have been new spots to me, many I had never seen until I sat down. Not a single one of those stands has produced a coyote, that I have seen. I am beginning to think we don't have any of em up here. Krusty
