I couldn't make the PM hunt. I've got two hunters coming Sat and Sun. Monday and Tuesday I go to look at some new places, Wed-Fri got another hunter. Should be a good week.
My last hunt was kinda slow we called some critters in but not as many as usual. We had a lot of fun though.

Here is a couple of guys I took. Fun guys to hunt with. but the high wind really hurt us.


I took some guys from Tennessee last week during the cold snap. It was 9 degress with a -4 wind chill. Called in some coyotes for them but they didn't connect. They were not prepared for the cold, so the next morning they wanted to stay in untill 10:00 AM or so to let it warm up. By then the winds were blowing about 40 miles and hour. No coyotes that day. I've got some more pictures but haven't had time to download them. I'll make time when I get back next week. Got some good footage of a bobcat coming to the call, and then getting treed by some domestic dogs that were also responding to the call. They really screwed up my hunters chance at taking the cat though. he didn't stay treed long. I've called in a bobcat for every one of my hunters this year but something always seems to go wrong. Hope to change that this week.
