I'm going out calling for that Lion this weekend if the wind holds off. I was thinking of a new call and was wondering your opinion. I'm going to spread catnip all over me, the yell into a megaphone "here Kitty, kitty, kitty.... here kitty, kitty, kitty... Well what do you think?? ;D Any how, we cut some fresh tracks the other day. and hope to get on him. I'll keep Ya posted Thanks for the support Curt

Hey Curt,
It sounds like a plan to me! ;D
I hope you get him. Finding that fresh sign is the most important part. Are you using a decoy?
Good Hunting,
Bob

BOBCAT, Yea, we had snow here last week, (doesn't happen too often 'round here). We went out Friday after work driving around, and got on some good fresh tracks. Anyhow it was dark when we seen them, and the next day was valentines day... So you pretty much know the rest of that story... Didn't get to hunt on saturday. Will try it this weekend though, won't have snow, so I don't know if we will see any sign or not. I took a few pics of the track, but I should have filled them with dirt or something (they didn't turn out so hot). Same area as the one we jumped up about a month ago (about 7 miles away via GPS), and tons of deer around. Sure looks like we are in the right area. The decoy, I had an old bow deer target that went together in three different pieces, But couldn't find it today. Must have tossed it last year. I was planning on taking the head part, and using it as a decoy. I don't know what to use now. got any cheap, easy, and fast ideas?? ANYONE?? Curt
