Wayne,
Are all of your new Loudmouths being shipped with the rechargable battery now? What is the estimated charge life under normal field conditions? Do you need to let it run all the way down before recharging? And, finally......can you overcharge it?

Hey Bob, I am back. I have been running hard the last week. My better half is actually 2/3 so I find. She was in Florida for a week visiting her parents and I was in charge of everything. Obviously I'm not qualified for the position. The battery we use is a 6V sealed lead acid battery. Running it all the way down is not necessary. I have used the Loudmouth hard for days on end without a charge. Actual field conditions, expect 15+ hours. At one time I tested the caller at full volume for 11 straight hours with a crow sound. Had one guy use the caller for 2 weeks without a charge. He said he likely got between 15 - 18 hours out of it, but is not sure. Power consumption is not a big concern do to the fact our caller has no moving parts to create drag and consume power. Your Loudmouth caller should ship out Saturday or Monday.
