Got the little woman a new Model 12 FVSS in 22-250 for christmas. Nice to have a woman that would rather have a gun instead of diamonds. She said she wanted another gun for a cool down gun, she was tired of watching us guys shooting pdogs while hers cooled down. You think she may be becoming an addict The up side is I can maybe sneak it out as an extra when she doesn't go.

Only one backup...... I take a truck full! If ya really loved here you woulda got her a pair of 12FVSS's one in .223 and one in 22-250. Does that one have the Accutrigger? I really like my 12BVSS with the Accu-trigger. Savage finally figured out how to make a trigger that is worth while! My wife used to like shooting, but it's been so long since she has done it, that she forgot how much she liked it..... and how good she was at it!

I've got several cool down guns also, fixin to buy another. Will probably have to get her another before we quit shooting next year.

Nice going, I have a Remington 700 in 6mm varmint that my wife uses. I wanted to get one for her but she says that one does just fine. ;D

Welcome Okie, what part of oklahoma you in. Yes it is great to have a little woman that likes guns, that way when she don't go shootin with you there are extra guns to take.

I was born in Muskogee and raised in Checotah. I moved to Texas in 1986. Caught static over that, I live in Texas City now. I am between Houston and Galveston.

Well me and the little woman did the xmas thing early, she couldn't wait wanted to play with her new toy, wish she wanted to play with me that bad, but thats another story, anyways she got me a new choate stock for my 250 and when I put it on she said she wanted my laminated stock that I was going to put on my 223, as you can guess she got the laminated stock, being that she got me a new upper for my AR I was a little more agreeable. Got the scopes on and the girls are lookin good, just need something to shoot at now. What a wonderful xmas it has been.
