I'm seriously looking at a new varmint rifle, and am interested if anyone has experience with the Kimber varminter I think its called. I'm most concerned with accuracy.

There are several Kimber shooters here and they all seem to really like em, Odie was smackin some pdogs last week with his. He has a Kimber Varminter 22-250. They also make a Kimber Longmaster that looks awesome, really heavy barrel.

BigNate I truly enjoy my Kimber 84M. I ended up having to float and bed it. It is a dream to shoot with the way Kimber makes its triggers. Not too heavy but it will keep up with the Savage 12's any day of the week as for heating up. Mine is super accurate with my handloads but it is a little onery with some factory loads(being I like to shoot under .5 at 100 yds.) I would not part with mine as of now. If you need more info I have a gunsmith who deals with Kimber and he has lots of info on these rifles. His name is Allen @ 254-968-8986. The main reason I bought the 84m is it will double as a carry and table top rifle. Ole Deadeye is the other reason I own one.
