Well I don't feel bad then . Figured I'ld be out early this morning and so did they wife. So she signed me up to help bar-b-que at the high school at 4:00 a.m. now I'm too tried to try this evening But at least it was for a good cause, to raise money for the bands spring field trip. This way the parents don't have to pay as much ;D

Barring major shift in things, I'll be out there tomorrow evening and be staying for a day or two. Unless MR. RIGHT shows up right away ;D

Unless MR. RIGHT shows up right away ;D Kelly - that kinds of begs the question - what do you do on opening day /weekend if Mr. Not-so-right or Mr. Almost Right shows up first? (In Fayette County where my lease is, we only get one buck) Do you bag him or wait for Mr Right to come onto the field with the knowledge that Mr Right may not show up this season and you go for a year with no venison in the freezer?

ICM the first thing you do is make sure you have a frined that hunts in another county . 2) figure out what the least you would be happy with and if it just barely meets that pass and wait.

ICM, we only get one buck on our lease as well so it HAS to be Mr. Right or he gets to walk. Not sure what I'm gonna do with the other tags this year, maybe I'll get invited somewhere ;D

jdickey,
I won't be in that area this weekend......we will get it done though.
CD,
It is just under a 4 hour drive. Robert Lee is about 20 miles north of San Angelo and is about 230 miles from San Antonio.
