JD I had the oppertunity to look through a kahles 3.5x10 and a leupold 3.5x10 both were 50mm 1in scopes and I thought the leupold was brighter,of course this was in a store looking about 100yds at a stopsign outside

I would ask if i could carry it outside to look through the scope. It will make a big difference inside and outside the store.

;)Hey Mikie... I'd be more interested in it's low light capabilities rather than a standard outdoor set up!
Hey Sarge, where in Garland is McClelland's? I used to live near Ray Hubbard a few years back so I'm somewhat familiar with the area?

The 3-12 will work well for low light conditions. Now if you want a real piece of art find you one of the Steiner scopes! Most people didn't know that Steiner had made scope

Tks Sarge... we may be up in Dallas around Thanksgiving and I'll check them out. I know the area fairly well, so won't be a problem!
