One of my hunting partners installed a Swift on his custom build 7mm STW, LOL (Like taking a sandwich to a banquet), and after about 30 rounds, it blew the guts loose. That was about six years ago. A local dealer here, says that Swift is using a different overseas manufacturer, and they are much better than they used to be. Optical quality appears to my eyes to be consistent with the better grades of Simmons or Bushnell, but nothing near the quality of Burris, or Swarovski (which is all that I had to compare it to at the time).

I can vouch in a very positive way for Eabco's Harris bipod clones. They are top notch bipods, and there is zero difference in appearance and function to the Harris, other than being a whole lot cheaper.

I had 4 of these scopes on a 25/06, first one lasted over a year, second 5 shoots, third never would put a bullet even close to the first hole were talking 4-6 inches off, fourth sold at gunshow never made it to rifle! maybe I was just lucky, they do have pretty clear glass.
