For the last couple of years I've been using IOR scopes. I've always been a Leupold user and so no need to make a change until I looked through the scope of one of my fellow competitors who was using a new IOR scope.
IOR scopes are manufactured in Romania. They use Zeiss optics and the optics are far superior to any of the leuy scopes I've owned including my Leuy Mark 4 scopes.
My IOR's are just as rugged as my Mark 4 Leuy's and the prices of the IOR's are anywhere from 10 to 40% less than new VX-III scopes and are still optically superior.
Next time you're looking for a new scope, take a look at the IOR line of scopes. You won't sorry and you'll be pleasantly surprised.
