35gibbs and 6.5x55,even tho the 6.5x55 is factory loaded the only way to achieve its true performance is to load for it(and with caution a chronograph and light bullets it is a real zinger)

Used to have a 7x57 Ackley Improved.
The "Wildcat" I presently use is a 6.5 WSM and I love it!
While I love the thirty caliber; I definitely have a weakness for 6.5.

I added a couple more.....a 338-06 Ackley Improved and a 25 Souper (25X308) both are 16" hadngun barrels....

Howdy, I have a custom CZ 527 in 17 Ackley Improved Hornet, Lilja #5@24". It shoots 1/2 MOA all day if I keep it clean, and can hold it right. 17 gr Speer TNT's @ 3990 fps and 20 gr Berger Match @ 3825 fps

.243 AI, .22 X 6mm Remington, 6mm X .284 win., 300 VJAR, 7mm TCU The only wildcat I now have and use is the .22 X 6mm Rem. Shoots in the 3's with 55 gr.Ballistic Tip, Approx 4000 fps. gunsetc

No wildcats, but I do have a ruger No. 3 in 30-40 Krag that is hand carved and absolutely beautiful. Darned accurate too. I need to invest in a good scope for it though, the one that is on it is a cheap simmons. It too pretty for that.
