Congrats on both the whitetail and the mulie......and a coyote thrown in to boot!!
Those are both great deer! So which do you enjoy as table fare more......whitetail or mule deer?

Bob, Ive grown up on whitetail and my taste buds are already accustom to that taste. So I'd have to say the whitetail.
I had three whitetails at the processors and the mulie made four so I donated it. It made 168 pounds of boneless meat.
