I would like to have someplace I can go hunt hogs on a year round basis, anybody know of a place that leases out hog hunting??

I don't have a specific lease for you, but if you go to the Big Game forum and look at the "Finding Hunting Leases" thread, there are several sites you can check for hog leases.
