Greetings Bob and others, My name is Vernon L. Fisher and I am a retired Law Enforcement Officer, 27 years and decided I'd had enough fun! My passion is mentoring special needs and at risk boys, and I have been doing that for over thirty years (check out my organization at mentoringforlife.com) My interests are shooting, reloading, hunting (especially S. Texas Hogs with a friend and his boy who manage ranches in S. Texas) fishing, jet sking, tubing, remote control boat and airplane building and operation, dirt bike and four wheeler riding (My mentoring organization is now up to 25 dirt bikes and four wheelers, which the boys and I ride) and digital and video photography (and probably a few I've neglected to mention). Gonhuntin sent me over and you all must be some good folk, 'cause I know he is. Looking forward to participating and wishing you the best with your new venture. vern (Olevern)

Hey Vern, Welcome to the Posse! It's great to have you here with us. I went ahead and added a link to Mentoring For Life in your signature.........I didn't think you would mind. Are you from up north of the Red River like GonHuntin? Bob

Thanks, Bob for the added link, I am only partly computer literate, my son works on the web site for me. I am from the Garden State of N.J., but have friends all over the country. I find fine folk everywhere I go. Looking forward to participating on the forums, probably mostly late at night after the boys are in bed and I've returned home. blessings, OLEVern

Hello, I'm Tom Reed from Rankin as of now, hoping to move back to central Texas soon. I enjoy reloading, hunting and fishing when ever possible. I use a 223, 22-250 and a 22 Hornet (Just bougth and the wife is still ), for varmint hunting. Got plans to go coyote hunting in a couple of weekends, full moon or no full moon, down in south Texas. The board looks real good. TR
